What this site is

IRMAA Decoded is an independent educational resource. It is not a government agency, law firm, or financial advisory firm, and nothing on this site is financial, tax, or legal advice. Checkers, tables, templates, and worksheets are general information to help you understand your situation and prepare your own filings with the Social Security Administration.

The Kit

The IRMAA Appeal Kit is a one-time purchase delivered online, licensed for your personal use with your own IRMAA matter. Please do not redistribute, resell, or publish the kit contents.

Accuracy

Premium tables are compiled from CMS and Social Security publications and re-verified, but rules and figures change and your own determination notice controls your case. We cannot guarantee that any figure applies to your notice.

No affiliation

IRMAA Decoded is not affiliated with the Social Security Administration, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Medicare, or any government body. "Medicare," "Social Security," and form names are used descriptively.
